The SPI airport has flights from Dallas or Chicago via American Airlines. The STL airport in St Louis is a major international airport with non stop flights from most major cities and is only a 1.5 hour drive. I often fly into STL and rent a car there. SPI airport has rental cars also. Guest access: 100% access including garage. Other things to note: I have extra beds in basement bedroom they are fold away foam mattresses, this foam mattress is far more comfortable compared to air mattresses and has its own support frame so you are not sleeping on floor. I have also now purchased two additional (three total) fold away foam mattress twin size beds so 12 can sleep comfortably in Home. The master is a king size bed, three bedrooms have queen size beds. A twin size bed has been added to basement.

This home has a fantastic screened porch, small backyard, Corian counters and newer flooring throughout (early 2017). This is the lower level of a 1939 Duplex. The Duplex shares an acre of land with a house originally built in 1859, and converted into a tri-plex in 1939. We live in the upper unit of the tri-plex. The Duplex has been completely updated. December 2019 was our first month for A Blast From the Past, but this will be our third bnb. The place will is set up to look like you've walked into a 1970s early 80s home. Decorating was alot of fun...I'm a regular at Goodwill now. :) Have a working atari, super nintendo, vhs player, 8 track tape player - and other older technology. Centrally located, about a mile from downtown, hospitals and Washington Park. There are mosaic tile floors and tile mosaic in the kitchen. Lots of custom touches throughout. Very quiet, cozy and secluded. Sunset views from the living room. Gorgeous tiered koi pond in front yard, in spring and summer endless flowers. We do not use any poisons in the yard, and have created a large butterfly garden and every year we get more and more butterflies! Monarchs are Swallowtails are the most plentiful, but we get a wide variety. In the back yard is our chicken coop, we currently only have 7 stingy non laying chickens. Spring 2020 we will have 5 new little chicks and hopefully they'll be more cooperative than our old girls. :) We are just about done with a total remodel of the house/tri-plex - its been a tri-plex since the 1940's. We live upstairs. The overall renovation project is about 95% complete. This place is an opportunity to stay in a truly unique home, on an acre lot in the middle of the Historic West side. We also own a duplex on the property and have that set up as airbnb rentals as well. When the weather cooperates the backyard is irresistible. We put in a giant vegetable garden every year. Over the years several additions were built on to the original structure. Sometime in the late nineteen thirties it was converted into a triplex. When we renovated the property we left it as a triplex. The dragonfly apartment is the front apartment, my husband and I live upstairs and there is another smaller airbnb apartment in back. About two years into the renovation we ran out of money so to finish the project we had to get creative. This apartment was finished with; second hand finds, scavenged and re-purposed items, hope and prayer. :) We allowed ourselves to be creative and have fun and this apartment is the result. Almost every item in the apartment has a story. We poured our hearts into this apartment, we love it and love sharing it with people. We do allow pets, please no more than two though. :)

Full kitchen with basic cooking needs and laundry available. The yard is beautiful and filled with flowers. We have chickens on the property so fresh eggs are available anytime. We put in a huge garden every year so fresh vegetables are also available, in season. The yard fills with pollinators, Monarchs and Swallowtails in mass, as we do not use any pesticides and are putting in native Illinois plants throughout the yard. We also have a koi pond with waterfall.

We provide life jackets, and the water is calm, with no current. The bottom of the lake is pure sand and is shallow for quite a ways out, so perfect for swimming, especially for small children. There are fishing poles, beach chairs, beach towels provided. There is a fire pit with some firewood provided. We have 6 lawn chairs on the outdoor deck for you to use. The house may seem small but has an open concept. We have had groups of 8 state that they never felt crowded. We have left the original kitchen with the metal cabinets and fixtures, so you may feel like you have stepped back in time. We have a Keurig coffee machine with some coffee and bottled water. New 27 foot 2018 Camper on private two acre lot directly on Quiver Lake. Very nice modern decor with LED lighting, full kitchen, full-sized shower, couch and kitchen table resort to beds allowing to sleep 6 total. Large private lot with direct access to the Lake. Picnic tables, charcoal grill and fire pit provided. Kitchen has coffee maker, blender, refrigerator freezer, gas stove, oven and microwave. Lots of activities included. Fishing, swimming, three kayaks (two singles and one- 2 person ocean kayak) with paddles and vests, Collosal Jenga, Corn Hole (bags) and Horse shoes all for you to enjoy.

Our house is the closest rental cabin to the Havana Mud Lake, State Ridge State Forest, Chautauqua National Wildlife Refuge, Rice Lake State Fish and Wildlife Area, Rice Lake State Fish and Wildlife Area, Dickson Mounds State Museum, Havana Riverfront Park, Havana Nature Center, Emiquon Preserve. Very comfortable, totally remodeled inside. We prepared the property for families, single couples or anyone. All kitchen cooking items, BBQ station, all bathrooms amenities, big hot tub outside. Pool/ Whirlpool/ 3 pastures/ play area for kids/ camping. Retreat from the City. City Water/ Ameren/ Internet/ Direct TV. Great place to get away to and enjoy the country. Can tent camp as well and then head indoors if too cold or a hot meal. We have a bonfire area too. And very close to authorized areas to go hunting but close enough to town to grab dinner and a movie. Also great to stay at for Illinois College or MacMurray games. Has been used as retreat for Church groups and there is a play area for kids

Lincoln's Loft is a historically and beautifully renovated space with modern amenities and features in Downtown Lincoln, IL. The Lofts are close to downtown shopping, eateries, and nightlife. Located inside a historic downtown building with another loft, please keep in mind other guests by keeping the noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. The space features an open concept layout, with a large great room comprised of a fully equipped kitchen and a large livingroom space, with a 4 person kitchen table and an island that also seats 2. The historic renovation includes refinished original hardwood floors, and beautifully exposed brick walls. Through the large reclaimed sliding door, you will find the bedroom that has two queen size beds, a desk that can be used as an office work space, A full sized private laundry facility is included inside the space with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The large walk in closet includes extra bedding linens, 2 air mattresses, hangers, iron and ironing board, and a luggage rack. As this loft is located in the upstairs of a historic building, please expect stairs! There are 24 stairs to the second floor. We do not have an elevator.
